Please be aware that visiting the workshop is by appointment only

  • Once I have seen your instrument and assessed it, I can give an accurate quote before any work is started.

 

  • No work will be done on your instrument until it has been thoroughly assessed and I have given you a quote with details of the work needed and it has been agreed upon.

 

  • No down payments are required but full settlement is required upon collection. The only exception to this is if the value of the work exceeds the value of the instrument. In this situation, I would require a 50% deposit. 

 

  • Feel free to get in touch for any pre-assessed quotes for a better idea of the price if needed or if the services you require are not listed.

  • Once the work is complete on your instrument, I will be in touch to let you know it is ready and send your paperless invoice by email.

  • An appointment is needed for both drop-off and collection.

  • If you are unable to settle your invoice, please just get in touch so we can make arrangements to help you. Lack of communication would be much less appreciated than being upfront so we can find a solution.

  • If your invoice is not settled and your instrument is not collected within 4 weeks of the invoice date, late collection charges may be applied, starting at 10% of the invoice total, rising by 5% each month to a maximum of 30%. 

  • Once work has been completed on your instrument and your invoice has been sent, if you have not settled the invoice and collected your instrument within 6 months of the invoice date, I reserve the right to sell the instrument to recuperate the funds.
